We're able to deploy a range of specialist staff, including Event Security, Stewards/Marshalls, Fire Wardens, First Aiders and Paramedics.
All our Operatives are trained in Customer Service, maintaining a proactive, flexible and customer-friendly approach to ensure a higher customer spend, higher satisfaction and repeat custom.
We can offer quick, flexible deployment options. We can implement our services quickly, utilising a Network of trusted suppliers.
We don't have a 'minimum charge rate', unlike our competitors and there's no hidden extras in our fees, making us truly flexible and able to meet our Client's needs.
As we are a 24/7 business, we ensure our Client's are always able to get in touch with our Management teams when there's a problem and always assign an 'Event Manager' to each project we undertake.
  1. Crowd Management
    We're able to providing bespoke Crowd Management solutions for your Event, including Security and Stewarding, assisting with road closures and parking suspensions, sound and noise control, information, signage and welfare, as well as managing the general safety of the Public at your Event. More than just Security, we are able to provide Stewards/Marshalls, as well as First Aiders, so you can relax knowing that the Medical provisions, including the infrastructure, equipment and trained personnel are organised and accounted for too.
  2. Equipment and Infrastructure
    So you've got the people, but you need the set-up? No problem! We're here to help and take all the Logistical headaches away from you, even helping install and set-up your Event with our Logistical support Team, providing structures and barriers, cones, signage, electrics, lights, marquees and Toilets through our Network of Trusted Suppliers too!
  3. Planning and Consultancy Assistance
    We find most Event Organisers are more interested and better suited to fundraising and organising their Event, rather than worrying about Risk Assessments, Method Statements and Event Management plans. By having us on hand, we can advise and write them for you, ensuring appropriate Policies are in place for children and vulnerable persons, Health and Safety (including fire safety) is taken care of and Emergency Planning has been conducted, with permissions obtained for Licences, as well as implementing an effective Communication system.
