INNOVATING FOR THE IMPACT ECOSYSTEM
PULSE has launched E4NEETs, a European project designed to promote impact entrepreneurship among young people who are far from employment.
The aim of this project, led by PULSE in partnership with the Belgrade Open School (Serbia), the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Terrassa (Spain), the Mission Locale de Marseille (France), the National Youth Council of Macedonia (Northern Macedonia), AVITEM (Agence des Villes et Territoires Méditerranéens – France) and Plateforme i (France), is to strengthen the skills of professionals. le.s working with young adults considered as “NEETs” (Not in Employment, Education or Training).
To achieve this, the project aims to develop training tools for these professionals, so that they can better inform and guide young people towards impact entrepreneurship.
The project will run until December 2023 and is organized into three different phases:
- The “creation phase” to define a common framework for accompanying NEETs and raising their awareness of impact entrepreneurship, to develop training techniques on social entrepreneurship for staff working with NEETs, and a pedagogical booklet on the project aimed at policy-makers and companies;
- The “test phase” of the various training tools with advisors working with NEETs to adjust and improve the tools before rolling them out more widely;
- The “dissemination phase” to disseminate the training tools with an open-source approach and raise awareness among institutional partners and business leaders of the challenges of integrating NEETs through impact entrepreneurship.
