The #FoodSystem programme connects and provides access to a network of mentors, experts and food innovators who are transforming the food system for good.

The #FoodSystem programme aims to unleash the potential of social entrepreneurs to develop and support innovative solutions to tackle food inequality, insecurity and unemployment in South Africa.

The programme is divided into three phases (9 months):

July – August

FIRST PHASE:

Ideation (30 entrepreneurs)

Define and refine your product-market-match

September – November

SECOND PHASE :

Going to market (15 entrepreneurs)

Support services to develop your communication, marketing and impact strategy and implementation plan

December – February

THIRD PHASE :

Investment readiness (10 entrepreneurs)

Support services to develop your fundraising plan + financial model
