WHO ARE WE?
OUR GOVERNANCE
As an association within the Groupe SOS, PULSE has two members:
Groupe SOS, a French non-profit association, and Groupe SOS International, one of the eight founding associations, specialising in international solidarity.
These entities are represented at PULSE’s General Assembly, which sets the association’s strategic direction and approves its accounts, by their respective presidents.
Groupe SOS International has its own Board of Directors, made up of qualified volunteer directors (members here), and elects two representatives to sit on the Board of Directors of the Union.
PULSE’s President, Nicolas Messio, elected for a three-year term, is its legal representative.
