At PULSE, we support those who are driving change through impact entrepreneurship.
Our mission is to make entrepreneurship accessible to everyone by supporting project leaders committed to the ecological and social transition, wherever we operate.
Through our programmes, we foster the emergence of local, sustainable and inclusive solutions that respond to the needs of local communities.

We are present in Africa and Europe through support programmes and awareness-raising initiatives deployed by our incubation centres and local offices.
COOPOWER
The project aims to address the persistent issue of youth unemployment and social inequalities in the Danube Region, with a particular focus on young people aged 15 to 30 who face significant barriers to entering the labour market.
